About the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Pipeline).
- 5–8 years of experience in pipeline engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gases sector.
- Proven experience navigating common corridor regulations preferably in Qatar (on site, Ras Laffan and Messaied).
- Direct experience in Crossing Engineering (calculating stress/impact of third-party crossings).
- Strong knowledge in pipeline construction and commissioning.
- Familiarity with Synergi Pipeline or similar hydraulic modeling tools to assess the impact of enhancements on delivery metering stations.
- Ability to utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or Google Earth Pro integrated with CAD to track the pipeline route and neighboring asset boundaries
- Good project management skills.
- Proficiency in pipeline design codes (API, ASME B31.3, B31.8) and IGC/EIGA Standards.
