JOB OBJECTIVE
Supervise 3 extrusion lines and 2 plastic butt fusion machines. Ensure production efficiency and economy by closely monitoring setups and process. Expert in thermoforming machinery and auxiliary equipment. Skilled in troubleshooting and corrective action during production. Preventive maintenance of all machines.
DESCRIPTION
- Machine Setup Oversight: Supervise the preparation of machines prior to production, including raw material loading, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring adequate staffing.
- Machine Operation Monitoring: Monitor extrusion machinery to achieve set standards, SOPs, and desired output while maintaining product quality parameters.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. Promptly address any defects or issues.
