Summary:
Prepares finished goods for shipment. Stage the finished goods according to the freight line.
Essential Duties:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
+ Starts before-shift inspection of forklift for preventive maintenance and safetyand PPE.
+ Assistswherever neededthroughout the warehousein shipping and receiving dept.
+ Assists withInventory controlensuring counts correct.
+ Participatesin Physical Inventories.
+ Stacksand organizesproduct on pallets, shrink wrapsto prepareforshipment.
+ Performsdaily PMchecks on theforklifts.(checksheet)
+ Practices proper operation and use of the dock plate restraints.
+ Practices proper operation of the circular saw and wrapping machines.
+ Ensuresthe Hazardous marking on the Bill of Lading matches the Markings on the containers.
+ Monitorsthe Truck Drivers entering the facility for DOT Security.
