At Age Stronger, we are building a community for the 50+ who want to get stronger and sharper with age. We are experimenting with new tools and exercise regimens. You will be on the ground floor of something new in the geriatric space.
We don't just run exercise classes; we run science-backed protocols that combine functional strength with cognitive training (Dual-Tasking).
You will lead our group Mind & Body sessions. This means guiding 6-12 seniors through functional movements, monitoring safety, modifying for injuries, and most importantly bringing the energy.
