+ Evaluate people and develop personalized therapy plans.

+ Recommend adaptive equipment and positioning supports.
+ Partner with families, staff, and other professionals to support each person's success.
+ Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students, as assigned.
+ Complete documentation and maintain records that meet regulatory requirements.
