Pharmacy Manager – Dieppe, New Brunswick – Full‑time – On‑site – Salaried ($120,000–$140,000 annually)

Job Summary

Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the ESC New Brunswick Pharmacy operation, overseeing bulk dispensing and home delivery services. Plan, coordinate, direct, and participate in all activities related to the dispensing, delivery, receipt, and handling of medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines. Develop policies, procedures, and business work plans for the site, and ensure high production levels and customer service standards while hiring, training, and evaluating pharmacy colleagues in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Operations.
