Job Title: Pharmacist in ChargeJob Description
This role serves as a hands-on Pharmacist in Charge responsible for both direct pharmacy staffing and overall operational oversight in a hospital pharmacy setting. The Pharmacist in Charge ensures safe and accurate medication use, maintains full regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to pharmacy technicians and PRN pharmacists. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule and includes participation in weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and ensure full compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
+ Provide daily pharmacy staffing coverage for 40 hours per week, performing all core pharmacist duties.
