Our client is well known for its customer centric approach and extensive insurance and market knowledge. This Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage a book of business, provide excellent customer service to their VIP and High Net Worth clients.
About The Position:
- Assist clients on any inquiries and discuss their insurance needs
- Answer phone calls from clients when available
- Create and bind new insurance policies
- Identify additional coverages for existing clients
- Complete policy reviews and renewals
