About the Role
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the office
- Coordinate meetings and seminars, including preparation of agendas and issuance of calendar invitations
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and visa applications
- Manage expense claims and submissions
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation slides
- Take and prepare minutes of meetings
- Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
