Description

Location: Seletar, Singapore

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to VP Manufacturing

  • Manage diaries, including arranging meetings. Ensure all resources are in place, materials are circulated in advance if necessary Coordinate complex travel arrangements for leadership team, dealing with any changes which may be required at short notice, including obtainment of necessary travel documents

  • Undertake general office management activities, including ordering of stationary, work PPE for all employees

  • Provide administrative support to managers on relevant systems e.g. Coupa, Concur

  • Maintain distribution lists, draft and circulate relevant communications

  • Manage admin and assist new hires on any logistics matters as required.
