About the Role

Job Description
Provide assistance & administrative support to Managers and team
Assisting in planning, organising and executing advisory appointments
Update clients financial portfolio
Preparation of client presentation materials
Providing support for processing client service needs.
Involving in Business development activities such as messaging, emailing and calling new & existing clients.
Maintain proper documentation system
Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as required
Training will be provided
Able to start work immediately
Undergraduate/part timers are welcome to apply
Working hours: 12 - 16 hours per week between 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
