About the Role
Lead patient care initiatives as a Clinical Coordinator in the nursing unit. Engage in patient advocacy, coordinate discharges, and ensure seamless patient flow during your shifts.
This full-time permanent position is essential for the effective management of unit workflow and patient care processes. You will manage bed allocations, oversee discharge planning, and support nursing staff recruitment and scheduling. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote an environment of outstanding care and effective resource utilization.
