• Performs venepuncture for the collection of blood specimens for dispatch to the laboratory.
• Sorts and records all blood specimens collected, and dispatches them to the Laboratory.
• Practises Universal Precautions throughout the procedure.
• Gathers feedback from Clinicians, Staff and Patients on matters concerning workflow improvement.

• Phlebotomist certified by recognised institutions / Nurses who are phlebo trained
• At least 2 years’ experience in performing venepuncture.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
