Job Description
Lead performance testing efforts across multiple projects and teams.
Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies, plans, and scripts.
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure performance goals are met.
Drive resiliency and chaos engineering practices to validate system robustness.
Manage and mentor a team of performance testers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report findings, risks, and recommendations.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
