Performance Marketing
Job Location: On-Site|Noida
You will spend most of your time on:
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, ASA, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet growth and efficiency targets.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the founder-led marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategy and business goals.
- Oversee marketing creatives (ads, visuals, copy, playables) to ensure they are engaging and effective—creativity is a plus.
