Performance Marketing - Jr. Executive

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end social media and support performance marketing initiatives. The role includes content creation, planning, posting, engagement, and campaign execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form videos
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite/Buffer
• Monitor performance and optimize engagement and growth
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube Ads)
• Track key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
• Build and manage marketing funnels and tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
