Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our team as a Performance Manager for the Beckton sludge stream, which includes the sludge power generator and thermal hydrolysis process.
Responsibilities
- Control and audit site activity, ensuring the safety of the team, contractors and other third parties through the consistent application of company Health & Safety
- Manage an operational team to perform effectively against internal and external
- Optimise service delivery and champion a customer focus.
- Lead and develop team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders as required.
Location and working pattern
Base location: Beckton - IG11 0AD
Working pattern or hours: 36 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
