What's the brief?
A globally recognised brand with Aussie roots, the organisation takes its approach to people seriously. Due to a recent secondment, an opportunity has arisen for someone to step into the business on a 12-month fixed term capacity. This is a hands-on People Systems & Compliance role sitting at the intersection of HR, systems and governance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support people systems, strengthen processes and ensure existing compliance frameworks are running effectively.
