As the Center of Expertise (COE) for Employee Relations Operations, you will be responsible for the standardization, optimization, and governance of employment lifecycle processes across Shared Service Centers (SSCs) in three regions (APAC, EMEA, and AMER) spanning 20+ countries. By leading cross-functional collaboration with Data Privacy, Compliance, and HRIS teams, you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of global employment rules, systems, and data, while enhancing operational quality, efficiency, and employee experience.1.
