About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Development Manager to lead HR operations, employee development, and organizational culture initiatives while supporting business growth and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and Independent Contractor (VA) regulations
  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and performance management
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar process improvement background is an advantage
