About the Role
EY is looking for an experienced Workday Manager with 10‑13 years of IT and HR technology expertise to lead our Workday initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Workday HCM, integrations, and payroll, with strong leadership skills to manage technical teams and deliver enterprise‑wide HR solutions. A Workday certification is considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams for Workday implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
- Gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Configure integrations, reports, security, business processes, and data loads
- Support release management, issue resolution, and system enhancements
- Work directly with client stakeholders and guide junior consultants
