Role Summary
As a Senior People Analytics professional, you will lead the delivery of key HR reports and actionable insights, drive unified KPI standards and robust data governance. You will build and maintain analytics tools, conduct internal training and knowledge sharing, and promote People Analytics concepts across the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data output, and leverage advanced technologies to continuously optimize daily analytical workflows
