Job Description

This role focuses on enhancing our self‑service reporting capabilities within Visier and establishing the robust data foundations that allow our analytics team to deliver accurate, high‑impact insights. As a Senior People Analytics, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate those requirements into technical specifications, and build scalable solutions within our analytics infrastructure. You will be an integral part of the People team, serving as a primary resource for data‑driven decision‑making across the entire organization.
