People Advisor

As a People Services Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent, high quality colleague and manager experience across the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). The role provides expert people advisory support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation, collective agreements, and Sage policies. You will contribute to a globally aligned yet regionally appropriate People Services offering, driving simplicity, standardisation, and continuous improvement.



This is a hybrid role 3 days a week for our Barcelona office.
What will you be doing?

You will provide expert, practical guidance to managers and colleagues across a broad range of employee relations and people processes, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases, redundancies, and flexible or hybrid working requests, ensuring alignment with Spanish and Portuguese labour law and Sage policies.
