About the Role

Qualification & Education Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1 – 2 years of working experience in HR and/or administrative roles
Prior experience handling part-time staff, outlet crew, or a shift-based workforce is an advantage
Experience supporting HR functions across multiple companies or business entities is an added advantage
Basic understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and related labour legislation, including part-time employee regulations
Preferred Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage priorities across different companies simultaneously
Able to work independently and respond promptly to operational needs across the group
