The Terminal Manager is responsible for all operational areas to ensure efficiency, on‑time delivery, and safety goals are met. Through effective leadership and a hands‑on management approach, this role will drive terminal performance, implement strategies, meet objectives, and foster employee engagement.
Location: PEI
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with all departments and terminals to eliminate barriers in the movement of equipment and freight to maximize usage and minimize cost.
- Supervise the PEI Terminal's daily duties, ensuring that performance, quality, and service standards are met, including monitoring dock cleanliness, ensuring orders are out for delivery, and reviewing equipment needs to ensure all customer requirements are met.
