Responsibilities

• Lead Pega Architectural Design & Delivery – Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of scalable, high‑performance Pega solutions that meet business and technical requirements.


• Establish Best Practices & Frameworks – Define and enforce Pega development standards, methodologies, guardrails, and reusable frameworks to drive consistency and technical excellence.


• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to define technical strategies, solution roadmaps, project scope, and architectural direction.
