Responsibilities

• Lead by example in designing, developing, testing, and implementing scalable, performant, and secure PEGA Platform solutions for internal and external‑facing business workflows.
• Establish and maintain coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices across the engineering team.
• Build and extend PEGA Constellation UI and case‑driven experience, leveraging PEGA’s low‑code architecture, rules engine, and reusable components.
