Description
:Responsible for providing service excellence to our Sales & Service teams and Professional Contractors.
Essential Duties:
· Managing Professional Contractors
o Phone calls & walk in enquires
o Service needs
o Proactive diamond tool & SP&A sales
o Technical support
· Adhere to Branch processes & policies
o Account & Cash transactions
o Stock management
§ Inventory control
· Collection, dispatch and deliveries
· Cycle counts – Weekly & Quarterly
o Service department
§ Approval of repairs, parts ordering, processing and invoicing
Preferred qualifications:
Completed year 12 or trade qualifications
Trade or Customer service experience
Key Competencies and Capabilities:
Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communications skills and able to clearly articulate relevant information
