About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on **Payroll Supervisor** to support our client in the North Dade area. This is a temp to hire hybrid job opportunity working for a Law Firm. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri and Pay is $20 per hour.
**Core Responsibilities**
As the Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for:
• Audit & Improvement: Evaluating current global payroll schedules and internal SOPs to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency-driven changes.
• Work hand-in-hand with US and LATAM HR Business Partners to ensure all employee lifecycle changes (hires, terminations, promotions) are processed with 100% accuracy.
• Partner with HR to manage the payroll side of benefits administration, including 401(k) contributions, health insurance deductions, and country-specific social credits.
• Process Efficiency: Reduction in manual adjustments and off-cycle checks through automation.
