Payroll Specialist

Job Title: Payroll Lead /Specialist **Immediate Hire!

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid 3-4 days on site)

Industry: Corporate Family Office

Salary: $80-85,000, plus excellent benefits and other perks

Our client is a large multi-entity, multi-generational private family office. This position will report into the Senior Manager HR Operations and work with an HR Coordinator who looks after benefit administration. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

• Managing the end to end payroll for multiple entities (Ontario payroll only) and mainly salaried employees.
• Ensuring all payroll process is submitted before the deadline.
• Work with accounting to ensure accurate payroll transactions are recorded properly for salaries, garnishments, taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
