Payroll Specialist

Employment Type: 7.5-months renewable contract based on performance

Location: Sunway Geo Tower, Selangor

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 10AM - 7PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to‑end payroll operations across multiple APAC countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting payroll processes, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to‑end payroll operations across multiple APAC countries while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Perform payroll validation and reconciliation including payroll reports, bank files, GL, and statutory reports.
