About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate and monitor payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist, HR Manager, and Finance team.
- Review, verify, and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and compliance.
- Process payroll accounts for newly hired employees and handle HRIS enrollment.
- Review and submit final pay computations (including last pay) for approval prior to release.
- Prepare, review, and submit BIR Alphalist (Forms 1604-C, 2316) and other tax-related statutory reports.
- Handle computation, preparation, and monitoring of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
- Ensure timely and accurate remittance of statutory contributions and withholding taxes.
