About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Complete understanding of all related timekeeping policies, benefits and procedures.
  • Ensures that timekeeping is done efficiently – Accuracy, Timeliness and Completeness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field with at least 2-3 years of working experience in HRIS and payroll.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and HR related software / applications on payroll, timekeeping, compensation and benefit.
  • Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
