About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our finance/HR team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company-wide payrolls, ensuring all employees are compensated correctly while maintaining strict compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations. Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll/bookkeeping role. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding employee data. Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
