About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Payroll processing: Computing salaries, allowances, and deductions; ensuring timely disbursement of wages.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate employee payroll and benefits records.
- Compliance: Preparing and reconciling government remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax reports to ensure tax law compliance.
- Reporting: Generating payroll summaries and assisting with month-end/year-end closing activities and audits.
- Final pay: Computing and releasing final pay, including salaries, unused leave, and 13th-month pay.
- Support: Providing support to employees on payroll-related questions and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.
