Position Overview

74 Software is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end payroll cycle for India-based employees across SBS and Axway entities.

This standalone, hands-on role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing within a complex multi-state environment. The role operates within a Workday HCM environment and requires close coordination with the outsourced payroll provider to manage integrations, data quality, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will ensure that employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with Indian statutory requirements, supported by strong internal controls, robust reporting, audit readiness, and excellent employee support.
