About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of payroll operations and HR administration. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing through Employment Hero, maintaining HR and payroll systems, supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries, and preparing payroll-related reports.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing – 50%
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time through Employment Hero
- Maintain payroll records, including leave balances, superannuation, and employee data
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies
- Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Coordinate payroll changes including new starters, terminations, and salary updates
