Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Manage monthly end-to-end payroll activities including collating, validating inputs and outputs, and statutory reporting
- Participate in improving and implementing payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies, laws, and regulations
- Provide payroll reporting and analysis and assist with internal and external audits
- Effectively manage payroll vendors by adhering to contracts and SLAs
- Develop relationships with authorities such as Social Security and Tax agencies
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience
