Job Description Process monthly payroll, including new hires, terminations, adjustments, and incentives Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and benefits Prepare and distribute payslips to employees Ensure compliance with labour and tax legislation (BCEA, LRA, Income Tax Act) Prepare and submit EMP201 monthly declarations (PAYE, UIF, SDL) Manage EMP501 reconciliations and generate IRP5/IT3(a) certificates Maintain SARS e Filing and File compliance for all payroll-related matters Handle UIF administration, including registrations, terminations, and monthly submissions Manage COIDA processes, including registrations and annual Return of Earnings Provide employee support, payroll reports, and ensure POPIA-compliant handling of information Skills & Experience Experience working on payroll systems such as Sage, Simple Pay, Pay Space, VIP, or similar Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reconciliations High level of accuracy with...
