Payroll Administrator
Our company-wide Payroll and Benefits team is looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator who brings accuracy, care, collaboration, and a strong service mindset to payroll administration in a multi‑jurisdictional environment. In this role, you’ll work alongside other team members to ensure that our people are paid accurately and on time, supporting trust, wellbeing, and the smooth operation of our employee‑owned organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the processing of hourly and salary payrolls.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic and year‑end payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll‑related inquiries from employees.
