About the Role
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct and timely payments to businesses at the Latam level (7 countries) following protocols established in each country.
- Support and accompany projects and initiatives of the payment team.
- Monitor management indicators.
- Ticket management requested by our merchants and internal customer.
- Manage tickets requested by our businesses and internal customers.
- Perform bank reconciliation (Bank vs Admin).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), in Treasury, or customer service areas.
- Preferred experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech.
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
