Payment Operations Executive

Handles day-to-day payment operations and supports PSP coordination under supervision.

We’re hiring a Payment Operation professional to run payment operations end-to-end,covering deposits &withdrawals, PSP coordination, P2P/C2Csettlement monitoring,reconciliation, and payment risk controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily pay-in and payout transactions
• Perform basic reconciliation and flag discrepancies
• Track settlements and follow up on delays
• Support PSP communication for operational issues
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding documentation
• Prepare routine reports
• Process andverify deposit and withdrawal requests with strong accuracy and turnarounddiscipline
• Troubleshoot deposits (pending/failed credits) and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
