You will be responsible for 24/7 operational duties, including system monitoring and handling service-related incidents. Your proactive approach will aid in effective communication with stakeholders and process documentation, driving improvements across the organization’s payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor and escalate issues regarding payment systems
• Manage incident response processes efficiently
• Recommend enhancements for business operations
• Provide high-level training and support to team members
• Cultivate strong relationships with service partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Computer Science
• Bilingual in both English and French
