About the Role
A Paving Screed Operator operates the screed on an asphalt paving crew to ensure a smooth, even pavement surface that meets required grade, thickness, and quality standards.
+ Operate and control the screed to level and smooth asphalt
+ Adjust screed height, angle, and width as needed
+ Monitor asphalt flow and surface quality during paving
+ Perform basic equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance
+ Work closely with the paving crew to maintain safe and efficient operations
+ Follow safety rules and project specifications
Requirements
+ 2 Years Experience in Mainline
+ Experience operating paving or heavy construction equipment preferred
+ Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
+ Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
+ Valid driver’s license (clean driving record)
+ Able to travel and work flexible hours as...
