Patient Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an empathetic and highly organized Patient Coordinator to join our Bangalore office team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between a completed sale and insurance dispatch, serving as a dedicated ‘buddy‘ to the patient throughout their insurance journey.

This is a dedicated calling and chat-based role. You will rely on phone calls and WhatsApp to guide patients, collect necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth handover to the insurance team.

The ideal candidate takes a patient-first approach, excels at remote communication, and is highly proficient in tracking data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Patient Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for patients who have availed our services, interacting with them via phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure they feel supported.
