Pastry Sous chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef - Pastry , that is a dynamic, warm and professional. You will play a crucial role in creating the Sommerro experience and our guest promise: We give ENERGY to the city. Defined by our values: LIGHT (guidance, training and knowledge) - POWER (support, collaboration and leadership) - WARMTH (welcoming from the heart).

The successful candidate will work alongside the management team as part of a strong and effective department, overseeing the operation of our pastry and dessert offerings, including events catering, breakfast, room service and three of our in-house restaurants and coffee bar:

• Ekspedisjonshallen: An all-day dining venue offering a menu of classic brasserie favourites.
• Tak & Izakaya: Our Japanese-Nordic restaurant with unique and innovative dishes.
• To Søstre: An elegant venue that serves afternoon tea.
• Kafe Lucy: Our in house coffee bar offering seasonal pastries, cakes and sandwich to b...
