Supervises 2nd Pastry and Assistant Pastry.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of pastry production.
  • Direction of preparation under the guidance of Executive Chef.
  • Management of 2nd Pastry and Assistant Pastry.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in the same rank/capacity in luxury cruise ships.
  • Must have relevant STCW certificates and travel documents.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Basic command in English language.

Required Skills

  • Experience in pastry production.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in luxury cruise ships.
  • Advanced English language skills.
