About the Role
Responsible for the supervision, direction of preparation in the pastry production under the guidance of Executive Chef.
Supervises 2nd Pastry and Assistant Pastry.
- Supervision of pastry production.
- Direction of preparation under the guidance of Executive Chef.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in the same rank/capacity in luxury cruise ships.
- Must have relevant STCW certificates and travel documents.
- Must be physically fit.
- Basic command in English language.
- Experience in pastry production.
- Supervisory skills.
