2+ years relevant experience in the industry. Knowledge around preparing pastry products including doughs, pastry fillings, cakes, buns, biscuits, and bread. An understanding of baking, shaping and decorating pastry and bread products. Worked in a quality restaurant, patisserie, cafe or hotel. Experience operating large machines including mixers, ovens, dough forming machines. An understanding of HACCP, hygiene practices and following WH&S. Can follow a recipe and accurately weigh ingredients. Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player.
Competitive annual salary of $76, - $80,
